Terms of Service
The ground rules for using diosa: what the service does, what it never does, and what you can expect from us.
By the diosa astrologers · Computed on Swiss Ephemeris · Updated 2026-08-29
These terms govern your use of diosa (“the service”), available at www.mydiosa.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They are written to be read: if any clause is unclear, the plain-language reading wins.
1. What diosa is
diosa calculates astrological charts (natal, transit, and synastry) from the birth data you provide, using Swiss Ephemeris, and produces interpretations that are grounded in those calculations. Every chart factor comes with a receipt — the exact positions, orbs, and rules that produced it — so you can check the math yourself.
2. What diosa is not
Astrology is a symbolic lens, not a science of outcomes. diosa does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind, and no reading, transit note, or compatibility score on the service is a prediction of events. Do not use diosa to make decisions about your health, money, relationships, or legal matters — consult a qualified professional for those. Where a reading discusses a factor, it describes a tradition’s reading of a sky position, and it says so.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use diosa. Accounts are provided through a third-party authentication provider (see the Privacy Policy for what that involves); you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. One person, one account — no sharing or reselling access.
4. Your birth data and charts
The service works only because you give it birth data: a date, a time, and a place. You keep full ownership of everything you enter and everything diosa computes from it. You may delete a chart at any time from your account, and deleting it removes it from the service. You grant diosa only the limited license needed to store, compute, and display your charts back to you — nothing more. For the full data story (what is stored where, for how long, and who touches it), read the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use diosa to harm anyone or to break the law. Concretely: don’t probe or overload the service, don’t scrape it at scale, don’t resell its output as your own product, and don’t submit birth data for a person who wouldn’t be comfortable with you casting their chart. Compatibility readings are for consenting use between the people they describe.
6. Intellectual property
The service — its design, code, interpretive text, and content — is owned by diosa or its licensors, except for the material you enter: your charts and birth data stay yours. You may share a link to your own reading or compatibility card freely; you may not republish the service’s interpretive corpus, art, or code without permission. Swiss Ephemeris is used under its own license; its credits travel with every chart we print.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep diosa online and correct, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Features change; charts may be recomputed when engine versions improve (and when they are, the engine version is printed on the reading). We may suspend or discontinue the service; if we ever shut it down outright, we will give you notice and a reasonable window to export or delete your data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, diosa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where the law does not allow some of these limits (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for your statutory consumer rights), those parts do not apply to you, and the remainder stands.
9. Termination
You can stop using diosa at any time; deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms — for conduct that harms the service, other users, or the law — with notice where practical.
10. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at diosa’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and nothing in them takes away consumer rights your local law grants you. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the service before they take effect. Continuing to use diosa after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

FAQ
Does diosa predict the future?
No. diosa computes charts from real astronomical positions and interprets them through astrological tradition, clearly framed as a lens. Nothing on the service is a prediction of events, and the terms say so explicitly.
Who owns the charts I cast?
You do. Your birth data and the charts computed from it stay yours; diosa only stores and displays them back to you, and you can delete a chart at any time from your account.
Can diosa give me medical or financial advice?
Never. Readings are symbolic interpretation with receipts for the math behind them — not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, financial adviser, or lawyer.
What happens to my data if diosa shuts down?
The terms require notice and a reasonable window to export or delete your charts before any shutdown. Deletion behavior in the ordinary case is covered in the Privacy Policy.
